Passive House Consultancy
Passive House (PassivHaus) is a holistic construction certification standard which requires adherence to specific building-science design principles to construct thermally comfortable, healthy and extremely energy efficient buildings. If you are an architect, designer, builder or homeowner planning on designing and building a PassivHaus or renovating an existing house to PassivHaus standard we can help you through this rigorous process to attain Passive House Certification.
NatHERS Design Assessment
If you are designing or building a new home or major renovation, a NatHERS Design Assessment can help you obtain the most energy efficient design for your build. These assessments utilise building plans and construction details to predict the amount of heating and cooling your home will need to stay comfortable throughout the year and provide both a star rating as well as recommendations for improvement to the design.
Residential Efficiency Scorecard
If you are living in an existing home and would like to reduce your energy bills and/or improve your thermal comfort, a Residential Efficiency Scorecard Assessment can help. These assessments require an onsite visit to rate the energy efficiency and hot and cold weather performance of your home and provide tailored advice on home upgrade improvement options.
